- Photos and description of the provided address
- Speak directly with the consumer, face-to-face, at their door
- Facilitate a phone conversation between the lender and the consumer
- Encourage the consumer to re-establish and continue an open line of communication with the lender
- Deliver consumer contact letter
- Update contact information, such as place of employment, current telephone numbers, and reason for lack of communication with lender

On-Site Inspections
RP Field offers physical on-site inspection and review services for verifying and validating businesses. We have successfully conducted thousands of on-site inspections to provide clients with information regarding the legitimacy of the inspected business.
