Our consumer outreach services utilize our network of field representatives who quickly and courteously attempt to contact your borrower at their home.  Field representatives are experienced, background screened, and FDCPA-educated businessmen and women, who provide superior coverage with an average completion time of 3 to 5 days.

  • Field calls

    • Photos and description of the provided address
    • Speak directly with the consumer, face-to-face, at their door
    • Facilitate a phone conversation between the lender and the consumer
    • Encourage the consumer to re-establish and continue an open line of communication with the lender
    • Deliver consumer contact letter
    • Update contact information, such as place of employment, current telephone numbers, and reason for lack of communication with lender
    • Verify location and/or condition of collateral, if requested
  • On-Site Inspections

    RP Field offers physical on-site inspection and review services for verifying and validating businesses.  We have successfully conducted thousands of on-site inspections to provide clients with information regarding the legitimacy of the inspected business.

  • Loss mitigation

    • Photos and description of the provided address
    • Multiple attempts at the consumer's home address, within a 15 day period
    • Completion of interview form
    • Consumer education on home retention opportunities
    • Educate the borrower on loss mitigation alternatives
    • Current financial snapshot of the consumer
    • Warm call transfer of consumer to lender representative if requested
  • Occupancy Verifications

    • Photos and a description of the property
    • Informing lender whether a property is occupied by the mortgagee, abandoned or is in disrepair
    • Can be provided on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis
  • Letter deliveries

    • Photos of the address requested to visit
    • Deliver consumer contact letter on behalf of lender
    • Verify location and/or condition of your collateral, if listed
